Just off the smoker, now a little rest.

Sorry no plated pics I just sliced and we ate. It got done a little later than I thought but the little one hung in there and she loved it. She always keeps an eye on what I am doing and I try to explain a little and she really gets happy when I fire up the the mini or UDS.
