I wanted to give Saiko's Georgia Brunswick Stew recipe a try.... It was so tasty. Thank you Saiko, it's a keeper!

I cut the recipe in half and made half a batch.
I used a smoked pork tenderloin
some grilled sweet corn
some of my canned tomatoes
Head Country dry rub
Billy Sim's Hot Q sauce
Cholula hot sauce
ketchup
cider vinegar
kosher salt
cracked black pepper
cayenne
butter
and water
I added the butter and let it simmer all day....
Then made some fresh flour tortillas to go with it...
I like to roll them out by hand... They usually aren't round, but I do not care. lol
I like hot tortillas slathered in butter, then rolled up.
