Saturday, I had my largest cook ever. 2 cases of chicken and 16 slabs of ribs. All just fit on my smoker. It was more work than I was use to doing from prep to finish. Anyways, I did it in my Shirley smoker. What a monster this thing is! I was told the food was Great and I did a good job. That is the feedback I like receiving!
