That foil can really speed things up. About 30-40min is all i do.

Might I ask, what kind of digicam you use? Thos pics are pretty good. You using a SLR or most of you guys use standard units?

Drums cook faster than offsets. I do ribs in 4 hours, anymore and they fall off the bone. I don't foil so I don't know how long that would take.
