Got some fresh red snapper and haven’t done this cook in awhile.
First see what’s in the fridge…artichoke hearts, onion, bell pepper, tomato. Good start.

Double foil for both filets. Add a little Lemon infused EVOO and a little Blue Plate.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder then start layering.

Add a little Worchester then wrap up tight and on the grill.

Nice. I overlook this method often for reasons I don't know. It produces a delicious meal.

MSU life is a good life, and it's my life too.
Excellent cook

At first I thought you were gonna run that package through
a cycle in the dishwasher for a good steaming.

I've done cobia (lemon fish) that way and it turned out surprisingly good.
