Just got an email back from Barbara and here's is an update:
As for the spots sizes, I am going to offer 10 x 20, 30, 40 no additional money. I just want this to be a good event, so the moneys issue is not as important at this point.
For the alcoholic, as long as it is not out in the open and teams are discrete I do not have a problem with it. :-D
