After fixing a black and bleu brisket sandwich, I had more leftovers, so I made a rib end sandwich, with some fat free grated cheddar and some Javacue Sauce...

Todd, I was leaving leftovers to you... didn't want to step on your toes!

Greendriver, the Javacue Sauce is my own. If you get paired up with me in a trade, you'll get some of it. It's an barbecue sauce with espresso and other stuff in it.

No, I wish others would post some. I'm about tapped on my ususal use for leftovers.

FYI - Got six pot pies ready to go tomorrow night for my son's adoption party. Made some with a sweet potatoe topping instead of a second crust. My fav.

Todd-
Is that like a "Southern" Shepard's Pie???
Never thought of that. Always used just white mashed taters.
Any special seasoning--cinnamon, brown sugar, or ??????
Need to try it.
