To be a pattern. Chopped up brisket flat-thin sliced German Sausage from yesterday. Sautéed purple cabbage and onion. Added chopped carrots, fire roasted tomatoes and jalapeños +some green chile. Added meat and Floated a few smoked garlic pods. Chicken stock. Seasoning didn’t take much only used KS and CBP. Topped with avocado, cheddar and a lime squirt.

No, I just make stuff up as I go. I do have recipe books. Lots fewer tonight. I took 4 boxes to the Library to be used as replacements or sold at annual bookfare. Almost everything I cook these days comes from a pretty extensive list of quite colorful foods. I’m a self diagnosed chipoholic. When I fall off the wagon it’s with a sack of Fritos
