You got the right. When I was a kid and before I knew how much butter went into the recipe I would pop two or three in the microwave smothered in butter. :doh: Oh to be young again.

Best way to cut into sections is take a long piece of unflavored floss or heavy thread and slide under the log bring the ends up and cross then pull through leaving unsquished slices.
