My UDS(s) are still under construction so I had to use my old crummy gasser to make these bad boys....so these aren't official MOINK balls, just their dimunitive little cousin Moink balls. :wink:
The sauce is a red chile pepper jelly/dip that I spiced up with a bit of the same stuff as the rub in it.....I sorta glazed the balls just before I took them off the grill, gives them a nice sweet/spicy kick....and turns into a crunchy candy coating once the balls cool.:wink:
Proper capitalization is important, especially when requesting certification. No such certification request was received, so a little slack is to be cut here. I love the dipping sauce idea...
