Mobile question

The wife and I have a fully licensed mobile BBQ outfit and would like to find a permanent location for it, but we have had a helluva time locating one. Has anyone else fought this battle and found a great spot? Looking for ideas here....

depends on rules and local regulation vrs a brick n mortar. Find a vacant business that might be closed or for sale then do some talking about their parking lot.....
