I've always made more of a Kansas City rib with sauce, so the Memphis style is new territory. My wife's first response was to reach for the Stubb's sticky sweet, while I tried to embrace the new flavor and analize it before judging it. If I were making the rub myself I think I would add just a touch more brown sugar and paprika, but otherwise no complaints. Meanwhile I think my wife wants me to go back to Kansas City.
