Meatloaf, burgers & dogs

[Stingerhook]

Started the day off with a "Butt" Nellie picked up at a good price

Half went into the grinder and half in the freezer
Time to make the loaf
Some "Killer Hogs Hot BBQ", a couple eggs, ketchup, onion soup mix, oatmeal and some grated garlic

Into a pan and onto the 18"

After 30 minutes it slid itself onto the grate along with some onions for the burgers

Burgers seasoned up with "Simply Marvelous Season All"

Their turn for the 18"

Dogs are off for the neighbors kids

Burgers are done, the two in front have the onions under the swiss

A simple patty melt with some chips
