Part of the reason I look forward to cooking a pork butt is this meal right here!

4 farm freshies over easy in bacon grease (DANG busted a yolk!)




Heat up some pull pork in a bowl



Top the pulled pork with the eggs, a dollop of sour cream, green onion tops, and a few dashes of Cholula... Dinner is served!

That's definitely going on the top of my to try list. My latest with leftover pulled pork is warming it a little and adding it to grilled cheese
