We made it!

We'll have at least 2 guests, not sure if any of the kids/grands/great grand will make it.
That's the boss' department.

I've got to go to the office at 2pm to check in, we caught them on their lunch break.
I'll go check out the pavilion and update on the power and water situation.
The mini-mart across the road from the park advertises a beer cave.
I might do a little spelunking.

And I'm back.
Do not go spelunking in the beer cave across the road from the park.
$25 for a 12 pack of Modelo.
Yikes!
It IS tasty, though.
1 outlet at the shelter, about 6' off the ground.
I didn't have anything to test it with, we'll have to assume that it works.
The only water that I saw was a non-functioning drinking fountain.
I have a couple water jugs that I'll bring, so about 6 gallons for cleaning and such.
I'd plan on bottled water for any cooking or drinking needs.
The shelter hasn't been cleaned lately.
If anyone has a leaf blower, it would be handy.
I have a small broom I'll bring.
The fireplace looks functional, the oven on the side looks questionable.
Someone left a garment, I didn't check to see if it was tops or bottoms.
Next trip to the ranger station, I'll ask if they plan to clean the shelter before Saturday.

I'm planning on having a stuffed breakfast fatty ready fairly early, 9ish or so.
I'll shoot for being there by 0800 and get the kettle going.
Tomorrow will be prep day.
I've got the beans soaking, I'll assembly the fatty and bacon wrapped livers tomorrow.
I've got homemade Cajun and Bourbon Chipotle sausage as well.
