Today's menu once again changed from straight spare ribs to country style and pushed the spares back to tomorrow and Wednesday will be tritip night for day #7. I am going to see how many days in a row I can get the cooking done on my Big Green Egg Clutch. This is day #3 on this load of lump in LBGE #2. I am going to have to start doing videos soon (wife's suggestion)!:shock::shock:
