MAK Pizza in action

Once the thermocouple was swapped out, figured might as well put it to good use. Pepperoni, garlic, and bacon. Garlic and cheese. Finally, homemade pesto with basil from our garden, cheese, and tomato from our garden. 3 pizzas and only 3 and 1/2 pieces left.

I use this method as each pizza only takes about 3 minutes total. With a pizza eating family of 5, each order is a 3 pizza minimum!

Very nice! What is that pizza dome thing? Could I use that on a 22" kettle?

It’s a Green Mountain Grills Pizza insert. I modified it to fit into the MAK. The way it’s designed, I’m sure it could be modified, but not sure how.
