Seasoned with S&P. Offset to temp of 117* per Inkbird. Seasoned liberally with Carne Crosta and seared over very hot coals-one flip to 127*. Wrapped tightly in foil and back offset till wife’s buttered veggies finished. I had garlic jalapeño olives for my fruit. Beer X2. The End

Looks very tasty, no wonder Adams is always on some health kick
