Looking through the smoke from here in Northern CA

Hi, my name is Ralph and I am in Zamora Ca.. Still pretty green at smoking but everything I tried has come out pretty good. I have a little brinkman water smoker, a weber perfomer with a smokenator mod, another weber, and a big ol gas hog. In the middle of a first time UDS build right now. Looking forward to beating the drum with other folks and having some fun!
