Two of my BBQ Friends, one from Memphis and one from South Africa have asked me to ask the LI Brethren what are the Best BBQ Restaurants on Long Island?

They do BBQ Catering and are looking to try the Best LI BBQ Restaurants. I intend to join them in their venture.

South Shore BBQ in Suffolk
North Fork Bacon and Smokehouse in Suffolk
