Congrats to Pequa Porkers and Iree-Q. This was a great contest. Those of us that do KCBS contests know that there is no room for creativity. This contest gave me the opportunity to do stuff I normally only do at home. It was a chance to see how creative I can be and a chance to see what others do. I tried some of my competitors dishes and I can say that they are some very good cooks. I think this should be a yearly event. Thanks to Eric and Phil for putting this together. Maybe you can add a turkey category :biggrin1:.
