So mentioned Panhandle Meat Producers Stew meat flash sale and grabbing a package of custom German Sausage. Cooked the sausage yesterday and it was great. After hiking a couple hours (funny how in your 60's bike and hikes are measured in time not distance) I texted the Bride I was back in the Jeep. A FB scroll ran an ad that the local processor was having a Flash Sale. 20# of 21 day dry aged local beef $100. So stopped at the tent, and invited The Bride to Jeep with me to the country. You don't get to pick your cuts, kind of a mystery grab box scenario. Was not disappointed . Tri tip, tenderloin, rib eye, chuck steak, top sirloin, cutlets, 5# burger in 1# packages. I didn't make a list of everything in there, but a lot of meat meals for $100

I'll take some of those ribeyes for $2.00/lb Adams, Just PM your paypal.:p

Local farms near me want $6/lb for those 20#+ deals. And they definitely don't claim 21 day dry aged.

Wow. Great Buy and beautiful scenery for the hike too. Does not get much better. You look at the time even more as you get older Adams
