Loaded New Taters - Pics

Just did some nice new loaded taters in a cast iron skillet on the Weber.

Nothing special just put some bacon dripping in a hot pan along with some butter and added some sweet onions, fresh garlic, S&P, new taters, jalapeno, fresh thyme sprigs and cooked until done then threw in some cherry tomatoes and fresh basil until the tomatoes popped open.
