Getting ready for another Sunday sauce. We are down a few eaters today but that’s never stopped us from feasting. Our sauce includes our 3-meat meatballs (pork, beef, veal), beef bracciole, sweet & hot sausage, pork chop.
Then we have our charcuterie platter and side apps. Finally for something to pick-on, prime 28 day dry aged NY Strip steaks with “Italian MSG” (anchovy and garlic sauce). Pictures to come!
 
The water is boiling and the meats are stewing in the sauce. Have a piece of meat and cheese.
