I can admit when I am wrong... let the punishment fit the crime... so we need a pot of boiling water and a PMSing dietician wife as well.

our offical cook at the 4th July community cook use at least a whole can of fluid then put the hog on about 20 min after lighting. he been doing this for 21 years.... When eating the pig it like sucking on a zippo. But he tell everyone how to cook pig. I was voted to cook the pig last year but he and his wife fired me.
