CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

How about we Smoke some Fatties? Seems there has been renewed interest in fatties recently. Naked, stuffed or fully enrobed, your choice. Let's see something creative/outrageous!

You may submit entries that are cooked from 6/16 through 7/5

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Wednesday, 7/5.

Kind of like a BBQ meatloaf of sorts - this will get you started:

Fatties can be a number of different things. The naked fatty is just a log of breakfast sausage covered with rub and smoked. Stuffed fatty you roll out the meat, place all your ingredients on top and roll it back up and an enrobed fatty is a stuffed fatty covered in an exquisite bacon weave.

All make for GOOD eating!
