Leaking Chicken

Don't use the zipper style bags. They are bad about leaking. I use cheap, store-brand zip-locks and rarely have leak issues.

Either way, you can always get some peace of mind by putting the bag of meat and marinade in a container of some kind before putting it in the fridge.

I try to place the bag in one of the fridge drawers with the zipper part help up by the drawer when it closes. I hope that makes sense. You could also place the bag in a big bowl.

I do it this way too, never have a problem.
