I used to raise sheep and grilled lamb is one of my favorite things! Sadly, my husband doesn't care for lamb, so that is what I always have for dinner when he goes to his brother's house to visit. I just use olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. The biggest thing to remember when roasting or grilling lamb is to never overcook it. And homegrown lamb tastes tons better than store bought.
