not my best even though I used a mix of hickory and mesquite. New brand of spares. Gas or charcoal I know how to get that smokey flavor. I'm going back to my sam's club spares.

yup :thumb: I rubbed it and smoked it fat side up. 3 hours then foiled it in the cooler with the brisket it, came out awesome!
