Yeah I had to get busy on mine to get all the deckle off. Just pulled it about 15 mins ago, looks like it cooked nice...we shall soon see!

I picked through them for quite a while. Some had a ton of hard fat. The smaller ones were gone when I went back. May try back again over the next few days.
