Kingsford Invitational - Photos!

Got back from the Kingsford Invitational today. I posted all of my photos at:

I'm thrilled to have been able to go down to Yazoos Delta Q "BBQ camp" and get some of her leftovers (after turn-in and before results). Her pork was ridiculous good. She was even handing out some bacon straight off the hog. Awesome!

I also really enjoyed Pigskin BBQ's brisket. It was amazing.

Since John mentioned trying Melissa's ribs, I'll post my favorite picture of that action

He was sitting there when they brought a tray of two partial racks and sat it on his lap.

He looks so calm and went right to work while everyone else was grabbing for ribs on his lap.

It was a great event. I like the format and hope they repeat it next year.
