kcbs sauce

I've tried BH and HC and thought they were OK at best. The only reason I could see using BH would be to have that nice "sheen" on chicken and ribs.
When I first started looking for a sauce, I simply asked everyone what there favorite BBQ joint was. There was a common one among all, so I based a recipe off that joint and made rubs to bridge the meat to the sauce.
