That looks great. Regarding the doors: it looks like both hinges on each door are opposing each other. Will you have to burn them off in order to remove the doors? I'm just curious, btw, and may not be seeing things correctly.
 
Looks great, heres a pic of our home made reverse flow smoker, it's about a year old and works like a champ, We've had 5 walks in our 1st two competitions.

Nice build so far. A pipe clamp placed carefully and a torch might get the job done. I've used that on some of my smaller smokers.

did not do much welding done today

i got the door finished

and the holes cut out, i had to cut the rf plate in 3 pieces to get it in, tomorrow i will weld it in
