10lb'r from the butcher. Rubbed with John Henry's Apple and wrapped for a day in fridge. Smoked it on the Egg for about 15 hours with some Pecan. No pulled Pic's but it came out great.

For some reason, I've got this intense craving for a huge pulled pork sammie piled high with a vinegary cole slaw, kettle chips and a large mason jar of lemonade.

Looks really nice! :-D
