CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:



1. Cook sausage and or tubesteak any way you like - they can be the main course, the only course, or featured prominently as an ingredient in another dish.

2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!

3. Entries must comply with standard Throwdown rules.




You may submit entries that are cooked from 6/1 through 6/30.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Thursday, 6/30.

Please accept this as my entry to the throwdown. Whipped up some brats cooked in some beer (of course) with onions then cooked some peppers in the remaining liquid and finished the brats on the grill. Turned out delicious!
