Never made sliced pork jerky, but one time when making salami, I didn't have enough left to start another casing, so I put it in my jerky gun, and made slim jims out of it. It was very good.
 
Yup, Br’re Kazion makes it out of pork loin in his Excalibur dehydrator. It’s kick ass.
