I brought some sausage back from the (Texas)Hill Country a couple weeks ago and I dug it out of the freezer because I had me a hankering for some.
In order to use it for the throwdown, I would have to either grill it, smoke it, or griddle it outside. My backyard is still not air conditioned so I chose the Blackstone to spend as little time as possible out in the late afternoon heat.
Although it was hot outside I'm glad I took one for the team. The result was outstanding.
