woke up from nap, internal temp @210 and it probes like buttah....
setting the oven to low warm and gonna let it rest in there overnight,
getting up to go to bed....
which for me will be about four hours sleep give or take...

Friends., forgive me for not updating this sooner, but I have yet another sad tale...

iff'n y'all saw my post about the ice ice babybay event we's having....bare with me now..

on my list of things to do was to take some shots of my dinner plate a'while ago....
simple toasted cheap white bread smothered with pulled chuck and a generous
double helping of meat juices from the cook pan..... mmmmmmmmmm...bare with me......

fix plate, looks nice, go to get camera,.......................it's with the batteries and the recharger..............bare with me.....

my Daddy telling me not to be messing out there now......in the ice, sleet, snow, freezing rain, vertical ice pellets..........





it was a good looking plate of meaty goodness, too................
