Issues with mac and cheese.

Yeah it's fantastic - if I've had better, I certainly don't recall it. But - I will say the mac n cheese the B's put out at the bash held its own on that table - just different kinds of fantastic. Those mac n cheeses I think had a lot do do with why I had to sit and be quiet for a few minutes and recover. :shocked:

I'm on the opposite side of the coin from most of you guys. I don't like creamy, pot stirred mac & cheese. I like the baked, egg custard type. It's drier & you cut it with your fork. It's what I call "real" mac & cheese since that's what all the grandma-types made out in the country where I grew up.

My kids call it 'Grandma Mac and Cheese" and it's something they ask for. Apparently I'm closing in on as good as my mom's, but not quite there yet

Yeah, that's what I like too - and luckily my wife is a master at it!
