Thats full retail.

$189 at Menards, but in about a month they'll drop to $159 to get rid of them.

You can get it cheaper. My Lowe's here has them for $249 but I bet you can find them even cheaper than that. Especially if you wait until the end of summer. That's when these stores get rid of all their summer stuff and you can haggle them down.
