Leaning towards the beast plus... Plan on having a can or 2 as well.. Want the size for volume cooks (catering)... also use it for some of the meats if not all at competition depending on the day..

Go humphreys and don’t look back. Had mine for over five years and still looks as good as it did the day it came home. Buy the largest one you can afford. I’ve used the battle box along with a WSM for comps and done perfectly fine. Down east beast would be plenty for only one smoker for a comp.
