Knows what a fatty is.
I use bacon drippings in making my injector sauce, instead of using butter. Not sure that it really adds anything to the flavor, but I have had to try it.

Big Bob Gibson's chicken recipe calls for basting with bacon grease; I didn't care for it.

Bacon is great stuff. That's why I make bacon. So why screw up bacon with a pork butt.
