Try BBQ pizza... you can do it from scratch with the dough and all, or, if you are in a hurry, take a flour tortilla, put your favorite BBQ sauce on it, not too thick, put your pulled pork on it and any other topping that you may desire and cook it...
When I'm in a hurry, I throw it on a stone at 450* for 7-8 minutes...comes out just right.
This is good with brisket too.
