I've had enough of this Bologna talk all day...

Had to stop at the store to get 5 lbs (could have put 20 lbs in there easy) to crave my hankering...

Waylon cursing at 300° with TBS coming out (not sure if you can see it in the pic) of the Cowboy lump (hey, it was free) and two good chunks of Pecan



Bologna is loaded with just a kiss of Head Country Sweet and Spicy...



That's all for now, you can't rush smoked bologna ya' know... It's done when it's done.
 
He's dipped to 285° Captin!!! (Say that in your best Spok voice)!!!



No need to panic, crack the top vent ever so slightly, when the temp gets reeeealy close to 300° again, move the top vent back to its original position...
