Not to hijack the thread, but if you call attention to the reps, show them the process and such there should be no questions at all. I had a few years back where I picked up boneless butts by mistake and the money muscle was attached so thin you could almost see through the meat. I told the rep and showed them in case it appeared I cooked a tenderloin as all four sides would have bark.

Yes, it was a good thread to read. I didn't see where Guy ever got a reply from KCBS but it says at the end of the thread that Jim Minion was helpful in getting a response. Do you know where that response was discussed?
