My hunting partner went home for the day because it was his wifes birthday and he had already killed. I was by myself when I killed him. I wasn’t about to cape it out and take that heavy hide out so this bull got the old Wyoming saw to the noggin. Only meat and antlers came out with me.

I somehow had reception where I killed him so I texted my buddy to bring more ice when he came back the next day. He’s the kind of guy that will give you the shirt off his back. His wife told him he couldn’t leave me hanging so he turned around after being home only 2 hours, drove all the way back out there AND brought his son to help pack the quarters out. Good people.

I used a $40 4 1//2” Ryobi angle grinder to free hand all the cuts.
