because it looks like the contents of the scraps bucket my Granma kept under the kitchen sink to feed the pigs but DAMN It's Good.!
That's Earl Campbell's Smoked Sausage in there.................:heh:

If you Don't have a Bunch of leftovers for ingredients just Cheat like I do and Use cans of mixed veggies and cans of diced tomatoes, along with your Sliced Sausages n carrots n potatoes ( some Diced, some Chunked - I don't add Flour or Corn Starch or anything - the Diced taters turn to mush thickening it Up while still getting Soft tater Chunks)..........
Oh and PLENTY of Cavendars Greek Seasoning..........
