Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
Good Day all
I am from Namibia, and have recently "finished" building my first offset smoker.
I say "finished", as there are still a few mods I will be doing to make it more efficient. It was done cheap with old material that I had lying around. An old 100 liter geyser (water heater), a 30 liter beer barrel as the fire chamber, and some pipes and dairy couplings I acquired from the scrap yard.
Will be starting to do a lot of smokes in the next few weeks I am very new to smoking, so will be looking for a lot of tips as time goes by.
