How to Bone a Chicken

Whew! After reading the tutorial, looks like a lot of work. We've done something similar with turkey that involves de-boning the dark meat and flattening it out and putting sausage stuffing in and then rolling it up and tying it - sort of a turkey fatty. Hmmm...might want to try that on the smoker! I like how you tied the bird up as you did - how did it come out?
