I just completed the longest BBQ experiment - not only that I've ever tried myself - but that I've ever seen done on YouTube or anywhere else. It was INSANE.
I started with one simple question: "How long will she burn?"
The conditions:
-1 bag of Kingsford Charcoal (blue bag, 20 lb value size)
-Lone Star Grillz "Mini" insulated vertical cabinet smoker
-50 degree temps with light drizzle and wind
-no temp control device
-target temp 225
-the goal was to tinker as little as possible - just set and forget
-this was my very first time EVER running an IVC
I want to see your guesses before I tell you what happened
